The 3M 8674 polyurethane protective film is a high-quality special adhesive tape. Surfaces that require special protection can be stuck with them without losing their appearance. The film has a high tear resistance. Although it is extremely flexible, even a sharp object cannot cause damage as quickly. Completely invisible, it hugs and prevents, for example, unsightly scratches.

The special adhesive tape is of a much higher quality than 3M Scotchgard 8592. Thanks to the novel molecular structure, it absorbs the UV rays even better and thus increases the weather resistance of the glued surface. The colors keep their luminosity and look beautiful longer. The transparent PU film is characterized by its high level of heat resistance and its low thermal conductivity, at the same time, reduces excessive heating of the surfaces to be glued. The adhesive tape is a thermoplastic film and can be deformed by heat and thus adapts even better to the respective surface shape.

This high-performance plastic is extremely resistant to acids and solvents and impresses with its high resistance to aging compared to other standard plastics. The plastic film can be easily cut or punched into the desired shape. Thanks to its excellent properties, the abrasion-resistant film is the ideal protective film for surfaces in private and industrial Areas.

This protective film is easy to apply. Even a layperson can prove his or her skills with a little tact and practice. After the area to be treated has been freed from dust and grease, the transparent film can be applied. To do this, remove the protective strip attached to the underside and gently rub everything down. If no air bubbles or unevenness are visible, remove the protective film on the top. Done!
