Description

The 3M Reclosable fastener tape SJ3540 is a black snap fastener tape with mushroom-shaped heads and a pressure-sensitive synthetic rubber adhesive on the back, which shines with high instant adhesion. The patented system consists of black polyolefin strips with hemispherical heads on a short stem. Pressing them together creates a firm but detachable connection. In contrast to conventional fastening systems such as screws or rivets, no holes are required to impair the appearance of the surface. The tape is suitable, among other things, for low-energy surfaces such as PP, PE, and powder-coated materials.
