The double-sided adhesive tape tesa ACX plus 7808 Blackline is a deep black acrylic foam adhesive tape for bonding external attachments. It has an extraordinary resistance to cold impact, which is based on an acrylate foam core and thus guarantees reliable bonding even at extremely low temperatures.

Description

Due to its visco-elastic features, tesa® ACXplus 7808 PV 25 is excellent at absorbing static and dynamic shear loads. Extreme physical loads, caused by different expansion coefficients of the bonded materials, can be compensated for even at low temperatures. Full adhesive strength is achieved after about 72 hours.

Applications:

  • permanent bonding on the vehicle (outside)
  • add-on parts such as sills and door sills
  • emblems, spoilers, antennas, panels
